Anti-Aircraft Gun

I reckon this is an anti-aircraft gun which has seem some action in the Vietnam war and it is dedicated to the generosity of Sgt. Robert P Carsey and his wife Erma. Its a shame I was not able to meet either of them. Anyway, a brief profile of Sgt. Carsey can be read here.

Now some ranting on the second image. I tried unsuccessfully to remove the intruding power lines using the Spot Removal tool in Lightroom. Not that the Lightroom failed me, au contraire it was doing an excellent job. It was me who was not able to do a clean job. So I decided to leave the sore thumb as it is and moved on. You see I am a purist and believe in the originality of things, even if they are ugly. And yes, I think the grapes were sour. 🙂
